Yoga is Practical Way to Cope With Stress in 5 Minutes

Hallo Female - What do you do when you're feeling stressed or many minds? Vacation? Shopping? Treatments in the salon? All that can be done as long as you have enough money, but how if your budget is limited?

Do not worry, there are many practical ways and no cost to cope with stress. One of them is doing yoga moves. But take it easy, you do not have to do a variety of exercises with a typical yoga poses extreme. You only need to do one style of yoga that is relaxed. Are you ready?

Take a yoga mat or carpet, place it near the wall. Then, sit down on the mat facing the wall. Lie down and lift the legs up, and stick it on the wall. This poses a pose resembling wax.

Next, make your comfortable position. If it has a rubber belt, you can bind both the feet up to the knees. It serves to keep both feet so as not to easily fall. However, there was no problem if you do not want to tie your legs.

Then, stretch your hands and pull a deep breath. Close your eyes and calm your mind. Breathe through the nose. Do this exercise for 5-10 minutes. After the stress subsides, bend your legs (while still leaning against the wall), then lower to the side slowly. Then, slowly lift the body and wake up.

"This yoga pose will help relieve stress, eliminate insomnia, so your mind and body relax and relieve fatigue in the legs. Perform this movement at any time when you're feeling tired and want to re-energized," said Kathryn Budig, online yoga teacher Yogaglo.
