How to Stop Bedwetting in Children, Follow These Tips!

Hallo Female - Generally children who are still in the developmental age, they still often have a habit of bedwetting. This can be frustrating for parents, especially mothers. So, how to stop bedwetting in children, especially those who have started to go to school? Consider some of the following simple tips.

Communication 
When wearing pajamas and new diaper on the child, take the time to establish communication about bed-wetting  habit. This can be done through a fairytale, funny experience when you were as a child, and so on. Therefore, if you present it properly, then the child is easy to understand the desires and expectations of the parents.

Do not drink excessive 
Children who still have bedwetting habit should not be allowed to drink too much before bedtime. Therefore, drinking too much water or milk may increase the duration of the digestion of water into the urine. Therefore, apply the rule that last time drinking at least one hour before bedtime.

Set the alarm 
Find out the time the child peed, and set an alarm on the clock. Thus, the child can directly awakened to use the bathroom. This method may initially interfere with children bedtime, but do not give up, gradually they will get used.

Health check 
If the three tips above do not also show the results for three to six months, and your child is still having bedwetting, try doing medical examination to anticipate when a child infected with diseases such as diabetes or pee tract disorders.
