Hallo Female - The success and the way children think it depends on the parenting and education that are given by the parents. However, a study said the fathers who have positive behavior also affects the level of intelligence of daughters. Here is the explanation.
A study published in the scientific journal Psychological Science reports, the father who helps doing housework will most likely result in daughters who want to work hard and have ambitions in education.
Generally, the housework has always been associated with women's work. However, as the time passes, such an assumption has already a little faded in the community. However, the number of women who spend time to complete housework alone are still high. In fact, the fathers who help doing housework have a positive impact on the growth and development of the daughters.
The condition in which the father and mother work together at home to build the idea that the daughters have the space and time to pursue their ambitions, because in the future there is a husband who help alleviate domestic duties.
"Despite our best efforts to create equality in the workplace. Women are still grossly under-represented in leadership and managerial positions," said Alyssa Croft, a doctoral candidate at the University of British Columbia to the Association of Psychological Science as quoted by Good Housekeeping.
According to Croft, the study is very important, because the results of the study suggest the importance of establishing gender equality starting from the home environment. Therefore, such things could be one way to inspire young women in laying out plans and outlook towards their future careers.
