Do These Exercises to Get a Flat Stomach

Hallo Female - You may already implement to have healthy foods every day, but do not forget that to get a good body, toned and proportionate, you also have to keep on doing exercises. But what types of exercises to get a flat stomach effectively?

The following 2 type of exercises can tighten and burn belly fat better, so you will get a flat stomach.

Exercise 1 
The first exercise is the leg rotation, which is known to burn fat in the abdomen while preventing the formation of cellulite on your thighs and hips.

You simply lie down on the mat with both hands are docked next to the body and the palms are touching the mat. Then lift your legs up to 45 degrees and turn the legs clockwise to 10 times and repeat with the opposite rotation.

If you are not able to directly 10 times, you can begin to do it as much as you can and do the same with the other side of round. Immediately, you will feel the muscles around the abdomen and thighs become toned.

Exercise 2 
The second exercise is continued movement of the first exercise. The position is still the same, lying on the mat, then lift your right foot closer to the face while the another leg straight lift into the air to keep the balance.

You can hold this position for 2 seconds and do with the left foot. Repeat this exercise up to 10 times per set. If you feel tired, put both legs and repeat. If you are able, you can practice without holding 2 seconds like pedaling a bicycle.

Within a few days, you may feel pain because the muscles are not familiar with this movement, but gradually, the pain will go away and you can feel the benefits of these abdominal muscles. Do at least 30 minutes on a regular basis, and you will get a flat stomach.
