Hallo Female - You've heard that drinking lots of water can help you lose weight. However, a nutritionist from the University of Alabama, Beth Kitchin says otherwise. According to her, drinking lots of water will not lose weight.
"It's a myth, because until now there is only little evidence of this. I'm not saying that drinking water was not good, but there is only one study that says if you drink a lot of water can burn extra calories. Was even just a few calories," said Beth .
She confirmed that the person is in need of fluids in the body, but not always water. There is no authentic proof that water can melt the fat or make you feel fuller.
Beth believes it's just about the benefits of drinking cold to burn calories. He believes if the cold water can increase the number of calories burned, but the impact for weight loss is very small.
According to her, the main steps that the most effective way in weight loss is to limit the intake of calories and balanced with regular exercise.
