How To Sleep Well At Night, Apply These Habits

Hallo Female - Insomnia is a sleep problem that is probably the most common and almost everyone who likes to stay up late may be experiencing. If you often have problems with insomnia, or maybe you do not sleep well enough, then there are several ways in order to make it easy to sleep.

Here are 3 habits how to sleep well at night.

Bathing with warm water 
Bathing under warm water splash will make your body very comfortable especially in the evenings. The temperature of the body will naturally blend with the water temperature in the bathroom and it will make you relax. Soaking in warm water for 2 hours before sleep will make you fresh and sleep soundly. Conversely, if the day is hot, you can take a shower with cold water and soak in it.

Turn off the lights or adjust the lights to dim 
This may have been frequently reviewed and it is said that the dark atmosphere will make the body, especially the subconscious tells you to sleep or rest. By darkening the room, the hormone melatonin will be more produced and you will also be able to close your eyes. Also avoid the noise, set the atmosphere to be quiet and peaceful.

Limit foods and drinks during dinner 
Limiting food at dinner is not only very good for the diet, but also to solve your insomnia problem. Also avoid eating spicy and acidic foods because it can react badly and cause abdominal pain. Too fool stomach is not good because you will  feel claustrophobic.
